The big day is just a short 5 weeks away and I am definitely starting to feel the pressure of getting into the gym more often and watching what I eat. It's funny because people keep telling me eat now because you wont after you have this done. I just want to be in the best shape possible before hand. Does anyone out there feel the same? I just seem to think it will make healing and getting up and around a little easier. Any tips on food/exercise would be greatly appreciated.
